Participants use standard DJI controllers without FPV goggles. Every activity includes a venue inspection, equipment and battery checks, a safety briefing and continuous supervision by two instructors.

The Team Building Drone Challenge is a guided 1.5–2 hour competition for 8–15 participants. The Corporate Event Drone Zone runs two continuous stations for 5–6 hours and can serve an event with up to 100 guests.
No. Both formats are designed for beginners. Participants use standard controllers without FPV goggles and receive a short safety briefing and guided practice.
We provide DJI Neo drones, controllers, batteries, obstacles, scoring, two instructors, delivery, setup, venue inspection, operation and pack-down.
Allow a clear area of at least 3 × 6 m. Outdoor Drone Zone setups require a total area of at least 8 × 12 m for the working zone, tent and guy lines. We confirm final suitability during the free venue review.
Two instructors supervise the activity. We inspect the venue and equipment, brief every participant, use DJI Neo drones with integrated propeller guards and carry $2 million in liability insurance.
Yes. We can host in English, French or both. Travel is included in Montreal, Laval and Longueuil; locations outside these cities are quoted separately.
We first confirm the date and venue. The Team Building format requires a $100 deposit; the Corporate Event format requires a $300 deposit after the event is confirmed. We respond to requests within one business day.
Yes, when the site and weather are safe. An indoor backup is recommended. In strong wind we move indoors when possible; otherwise the applicable cancellation terms are confirmed with your proposal.
